This clarification text is prepared by Diva Dental Clinic, acting as the data controller, under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It provides information about the purposes, legal grounds, methods of processing personal data, parties to whom the data may be transferred, and your rights under KVKK.

Personal Data Processed Through the Contact Form

Personal data shared through the contact form on our website, such as your name, phone number, and email address, are processed by our clinic for the following purposes:

To carry out the necessary work by business units to allow individuals to benefit from our products and services.
To conduct the related business processes.
To contact you regarding the matter for which you have applied.

We do not have absolute control over the information you provide in this form. Therefore, we recommend that you do not share personal data or sensitive personal data that you do not wish to disclose.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not.
To request information if your personal data is processed.
To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether your data is used in accordance with these purposes.
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, within or outside the country.
To request the rectification of incomplete or incorrect data.
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in the law.
To request notification of operations carried out in compliance with your rectification or deletion requests to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems.
To claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
